A biopic about Ioannis Kapodistrias (1776-1831), a splendid diplomat of the post-Napoleonic era and the first President of Greece, the creator of the Constitution of the Swiss Confederation, which exists uo to the present day. As an important figure on an international scale, he was able to determine the future development of Europe, predicting the modern model of the European Union.

The life of Kapodistrias combined all the elements of the Greek Tragedy: love and betrayal, intrigue and noble ideals. An in-depth look into the lesser-known sides of a charismatic leader, whose murder remains an unhealed wound for subsequent generations of Greeks.
